Rates & Pricing
We publish our rates because you shouldn’t have to book an appointment to learn what care costs. Self-pay rates are below. If you’re using insurance, your cost depends on your specific plan. On request, we can verify your benefits and give you a written estimate before treatment begins.

Using insurance instead
We accept major commercial plans for many services, including TMS and Spravato®. Coverage and what you pay depend on your specific plan, deductible, copay, out-of-pocket maximum, and prior-authorization criteria. On request, we verify benefits, handle prior authorization, and provide a written estimate before treatment begins. We are not in-network with Medicare or Medicaid, and by Colorado law we cannot see Health First Colorado (Medicaid) members even on a self-pay basis. Medicare does not cover IV ketamine infusions for depression, so Medicare members can be seen for that service on a self-pay basis.
Out of network, superbills, and your Good Faith Estimate
If we’re out of network for your plan, or you prefer not to use insurance, we provide a detailed receipt (superbill) you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Under the No Surprises Act, patients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance are entitled to a written Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before care; we provide one before any course of treatment.
We also work with Pay by HFA for patients who prefer to spread payments over time.
