A note on Medicaid and Medicare: We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. We cannot see Health First Colorado (Medicaid) members even on a self-pay basis. Medicare members are welcome to self-pay for IV ketamine, which Medicare does not cover. See our FAQ for details.

2. Free 15-minute consultation
A short, no-obligation conversation about what’s going on, what you’ve tried, and whether we’re the right fit. No pressure either way.
3. Intake & new patient visit
If the consultation is a fit, you complete your intake forms and meet with Dr. Wagner for a 90-minute new patient visit. You leave with a personalized plan, whether that means medication management, a therapy referral, or an advanced treatment like TMS or Spravato®.
